Refund Policy

⚠️ This policy covers refunds for OjaIbadan platform fees only. It does not cover money paid directly to vendors.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies to payments made directly to OjaIbadan for platform services, such as vendor subscription plans, featured listing fees, and business services. It does not apply to payments made directly between customers and vendors — those transactions are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.
2. Vendor Subscription Plans
Vendor subscription fees (Standard and Premium plans) are charged monthly. If you wish to cancel, you may do so at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for unused days within a billing period.
3. Featured Listing Fees
Featured listing fees are non-refundable once the listing has been published and is live on the platform. If a listing fails to go live due to an error on our part, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
4. Business Services
Refunds for business services (e.g. logo design, CAC registration, social media ads) are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If work has not been commenced, a full refund may be issued. Once work has begun, refunds will be pro-rated based on work completed. Contact us within 48 hours of payment to request a review.
5. Erroneous Payments
If you made a payment in error (wrong amount or duplicate payment), contact us within 48 hours at support@ojaibadan.ng. We will investigate and process refunds for verified erroneous payments within 7 business days.
6. Customer-Vendor Transactions
OjaIbadan is not responsible for refunds arising from transactions between customers and vendors. Any dispute about goods or services purchased directly from a vendor must be resolved between the customer and the vendor. We encourage customers to follow our safety checklist before making payment.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the original payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank (typically 3–10 business days).
